Casselman Property Standards Bylaw
The Property Standards Bylaw 2015-036 provides standards for the maintenance and occupancy of property in the Municipality of Casselman.

Enforcement
The Bylaw Officer may order repair or clearing of a property that does not meet property standards where the cost of doing the work does not exceed $20,000. Where the cost exceeds $20,000, the order has to be authorized by Council.
Penalty
A person failing to comply with an order and convicted of an offence is liable to a fine of no more than $50,000 for a first offence and up to $100,000 for a subsequent offence.
A Corporation convicted of an offence may be liable to a fine of $100,000 for a first offence and $200,000 for a subsequent offence.
