Casselman Sign Bylaw
The Sign Bylaw 2017-076 regulates the design, construction, installation, maintenance and relocation of exterior signs in the Municipality of Casselman.

- People wishing to erect, relocate or modify a sign, as defined in the bylaw, must first apply and obtain a Sign Permit.
- This bylaw does not apply to interior signs.
- Different permissions and restrictions such as the type of sign, size and lighting apply in different zones of the Municipality.

- Permanent and temporary signs
- Awnings, billboards and canopies
- Community service signs and event banners
- Election, real estate and subdivision signs
- Freestanding, ground, pylon, roof, pole and swinging installations
- Illuminated or inflatable signs
- Murals, plaques, window, wall or fascia signs
- Directional and handicapped signs
Fines
A person found guilty of an offense to the bylaw is liable to a fine as provided for in the Municipal Act.
